Our IT Operations team has planned scheduled maintenance to key infrastructure components on the Dualog Cloud on November 3rd, 2021, from 11:00 (UTC) to 14:00 (UTC). Business Mail, Crew Mail, and File Transfer are affected. The Dualog Portal (apps.dualog.com) will be partially unavailable. The remaining services will be available throughout the maintenance timeframe.

No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress or queued during maintenance will be resumed as soon as our services are back online. We will notify you as soon as the update is concluded.
