We hereby announce a scheduled maintenance window to key infrastructure components on the Dualog Cloud on **Thursday, 28 August 2025, 13:00–13:30 UTC**

This maintenance is necessary to migrate our database servers to upgraded infrastructure, ensuring improved performance and reliability. We expect services to remain largely available throughout the window, with only brief disruptions.

During this window, the following services may be affected:
- Portal – intermittent disruption
- Drive – intermittent disruption
- Fetch – intermittent disruption
- Email – only ships with Instant Communication Mode will be affected
- Endpoint – continues to run locally, but no new installs or configuration changes will apply
- Protect – existing connections unaffected, but configuration changes will not apply

The remaining services will be available throughout the maintenance timeframe. No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress or queued during maintenance will be resumed as soon as our services are back online.

We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is concluded and appreciate your understanding of the importance of this critical upgrade.
