We hereby announce a scheduled maintenance window to key infrastructure components on the Dualog Cloud on **29th October, 2024, 0800 to 1000 UTC.**
This maintenance also includes a planned disaster recovery drill necessary to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards. The drill is designed to improve the performance, resilience, and operational security of our services, as well as to validate our disaster recovery capabilities.
The following services will be affected:
- Mail (Business and Crew), including Webmail and Instant Communication Mode - Dualog Portal ([apps.dualog.com](http://apps.dualog.com/)) - Automatic File Transfer - Endpoint (will continue to run locally but new installations and configuration changes will not take effect) - Drive - Fetch - Seafarer - Protect
The remaining services will be available throughout the maintenance timeframe. No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress or queued during maintenance will be resumed as soon as our services are back online.
We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is concluded and appreciate your understanding of the importance of this critical upgrade.
