This notification is sent to: - all subscribers to our Service Status page status.dualog.com - all postmaster addresses of ships that have a Dualog email account (please ask relevant parties to subscribe on status.dualog.com for future updates)
We hereby announce two scheduled maintenance windows to key infrastructure components on the Dualog Cloud on the following dates:
Phase 1 - 12th April, 2023, 07:00 to 07:30 (UTC)
The following services will be affected: - Business and Crew Mail - Automatic File Transfer - Dualog Portal (apps.dualog.com) will be partially unavailable
The remaining services will be available throughout the maintenance timeframe.
No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress or queued during maintenance will be resumed as soon as our services are back online. We will notify you as soon as the update is concluded.
