To: * all subscribers to our Service Status page status.dualog.com. Users and vessels who are not subscribed to the status page will not receive a notification.
We hereby announce a scheduled maintenance window to key infrastructure components on the Dualog Cloud on the following date:
21st January, 2025, 07:30 to 08:30 (UTC)
The following services will be affected:
* Mail (Ship and shore side) * Automatic File Transfer * Dualog Portal (apps.dualog.com) * Seafarer
The remaining services will be available throughout the maintenance timeframe. No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress or queued during maintenance will be resumed as soon as our services are back online. We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is concluded.
We appreciate your understanding of the importance of this upgrade, which is necessary to improve the performance and quality of our services as well as the resilience and operational security.
